Brunelleschi's Dome was created by Filippo Brunelleschi and is part of the Firenze cathedral, which is obviously in Firenze :D

The two basic elements of cooking in Firenze are bread and Olive Oil. The second of these was once used both in cooking and in massages and cosmetic.

Also, for special dinners (not every single day, necessarily), many dishes are prepared so that guests get a taste of each; dinner meals often have many courses.
